Ancelotti: «Mbappé ready to play in the UEFA Super Cup»

Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that forward Kylian Mbappé is ready to participate in the UEFA Super Cup match.

«We haven't had a great deal of time to prepare but we're in top shape, Kylian [Mbappé] too. He's arrived in good form and he's adapting immediately. Like all the other guys in the squad, he's in line to play tomorrow. Since he's joined us he's been demonstrating really excellent quality.

There are no «Kings» or «princes» in our group. It's a very healthy, happy squad and that's really important for what we want to achieve this season», — said Ancelotti according to UEFA’s press service.

Real Madrid will face Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup. The match is scheduled to take place in Warsaw today, August 14, with kickoff set for 20:00 BST.

Kylian Mbappé joined Real Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain this summer as a free agent, signing a contract that runs until the summer of 2029.
