Arsenal rejects Al-Ittihad's offer for Trossard

Arsenal has turned down Al-Ittihad's proposal to transfer forward Leandro Trossard.

According to The Athletic, the Saudi club intended to pay €5 million for the loan of the 29-year-old winger, with an obligation to buy for an additional €20-25 million. However, the Gunners' management made it clear that the Belgian is not for sale.

Leandro Trossard joined Arsenal from Brighton in January 2023 for €24 million. In the previous season, the winger scored 17 goals and provided two assists in 46 matches for the Gunners. In the current campaign, the forward has made three appearances and scored one goal.

Trossard's contract with the London club runs until the summer of 2026. Transfermarkt values the player at €35 million.
