Carvajal has responded to questions regarding contract negotiations with Real Madrid

Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has responded to questions regarding contract negotiations with the Madrid club. 

«I hope to stay here for many years. MLS after Real? It's a possibility. When I decide not to be at Real, I'm not going to play in Europe and the alternatives are much reduced!» — Carvajal said, as quoted by The Athletic.

Carvajal's current agreement with the club is set to expire in the summer of 2025. This year, the Real defender won La Liga, the Supercopa de España, and the UEFA Champions League with the Madrid side, and also became a European champion with the Spanish national team.
