Carvajal Shares His Secrets to Staying Injury-Free

Spain and Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has shed light on what helps him avoid injuries.

"I love to train and engage in cardio workouts. I've tried kickboxing, which I prefer over running. The thing is, for the past two years, I've been specifically working on my physical conditioning and injury prevention, and I think I've discovered the right balance of rest, nutrition, and routine. It's a bit disappointing that I found this out so late in my career, but that's life, and I'm proud to have overcome tough times with injuries. When you fall and get back up, everything feels sweeter," Carvajal told The Athletic.

This year, the footballer has won La Liga, the Spanish Super Cup, and the Champions League with Real Madrid, and he also became a European champion with the Spanish national team.
