Casemiro to remain at Manchester United, rules out Galatasaray move

Manchester United midfielder Casemiro is not considering a transfer to Galatasaray.

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the 32-year-old Brazilian remains committed to the Red Devils despite interest from the Istanbul-based club. The player is not engaged in negotiations with the Turkish side and plans to stay at United at least until the summer of 2025.

Reports indicate that United's manager, Erik ten Hag, expressed his trust in Casemiro following the third round of the Premier League match against Liverpool, where the midfielder made two costly errors in a 3-0 defeat. Ten Hag is confident that the Brazilian will regain his best form.

Casemiro joined Manchester United from Real Madrid in the summer of 2022 for a fee of €70 million. In the current season, he has made four appearances for the Red Devils but has yet to contribute any goals or assists.

The Brazilian defensive midfielder is under contract with the English club until the summer of 2026. Transfermarkt currently values the player at €20 million.
