Chelsea announces Neto transfer from Wolverhampton

Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Pedro Neto has completed his move to Chelsea.

The London club confirmed the transfer via their official press release, revealing that they have paid £60 million for the 24-year-old winger, with an additional £3 million included as performance-related bonuses. The Portuguese international has signed a contract with Chelsea that will run until the summer of 2031.

Pedro Neto has been with Wolverhampton since 2019. In the previous season, he scored three goals and provided 11 assists in 24 appearances for the Wolves. The winger, however, missed over three months of action due to a hamstring injury.

According to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is estimated to be €55 million.
