Chiesa to arrive in England today ahead of transfer to Liverpool

Liverpool and Juventus winger Federico Chiesa have agreed on a four-year contract, insider Fabrizio Romano reported on social media.

The 26-year-old Italian footballer will arrive in Liverpool today, 28 August.

Chiesa has not featured in any matches for the Bianconeri this season. Earlier, Juventus head coach Thiago Motta indicated that he does not have plans for Federico. The player's current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2025. According to Transfermarkt, Chiesa is valued at €35 million.
