Estonia has refused to play against Belarus in the Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal

The Estonian national team has refused to play against Belarus in the quarter-finals of the Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal, according to an announcement from the Estonian Football Association (EFA) press service.

The match was originally scheduled for today at 13:45 Moscow time. Due to their refusal to take the field, Estonia has forfeited the match, allowing Belarus to advance to the semi-finals.

The next opponent for Belarus will also be determined today and will be the winner of the clash between Switzerland and Portugal.

Previously, the Belarusian beach soccer team secured three victories during the group stage, beating Switzerland (9-6), Moldova (8-0), and France (6-3).

The Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal is being held in Alghero, Italy, and will conclude on September 15.
