Gasperini on the match against Real Madrid: "I won't make mistakes with the lineup; Ancelotti will have more problems"

Atalanta head coach Gian Piero Gasperini has praised Carlo Ancelotti's work at Real Madrid. 

«What Carlo has achieved in recent years is evident to all: he is one of the most successful coaches in the world and a benchmark for many. We studied together at Coverciano, we've known each other for a long time, and I have the utmost respect for him. 

It’s a pleasure to find myself in a European final after all this time. He is certainly more accustomed to it, but it's still a significant achievement for me. 

I have the advantage of not being able to make mistakes with my lineup, whereas Carlo will face far more challenges in that regard. We need to apply pressure on him. It's difficult to pinpoint which characteristics to focus on; we don't know who will play and who won't. I hope the best players take the field because only with the strongest can we achieve maximum respect», Gasperini told SportItalia. 

Atalanta will face Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup. The match will take place in Warsaw today, August 14, with kickoff scheduled for 20:00.
