Manchester City intends to sign a striker during the January transfer window

Manchester City is planning to sign a forward during the January transfer window, as reported by Transfer News Live on social media.

The club's management is looking to secure a striker as a replacement for Erling Haaland following Julián Álvarez's move to Atlético Madrid. It is noted that in the summer, the "Citizens" were unable to find a suitable replacement for Haaland; however, they are now considering transfer options this winter.

Haaland has been with Manchester City since the summer of 2022. During this time, he has participated in 102 matches across all competitions, scoring 97 goals and providing 14 assists.
