Mazraoui: “Playing for Manchester United is a dream I never could have imagined”

Manchester United defender Noussair Mazraoui has spoken about his feelings towards playing for the Red Devils.

“I knew I would eventually want to play in the Premier League. But to be able to play for this big club, Man United… it’s only a dream that I could never dream of. It was not something I had already in my mind but it’s every step,” Mazraoui told journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Manchester United acquired Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich last summer for €15 million. The defender signed a contract with the English club until June 2028. So far this season, the 26-year-old Moroccan has recorded one assist in five matches for the Mancunians.

The portal Transfermarkt values the player at €30 million.
