McGregor Challenges UFC Welterweight Champion

Irish MMA fighter Conor McGregor has challenged the current welterweight champion Belal Muhammad.

«Belal vs. McGregor, a fight for the UFC welterweight world title... I deal serious damage at 170 pounds, just look at the stats... And this guy has never had a knockdown in UFC history. Not a single knockdown, it's shameful, to be honest,» said McGregor, as reported by Championships Rounds.

Muhammad claimed the title at UFC 304 on July 27, 2024, defeating Leon Edwards by unanimous decision.

McGregor has a record of 28 fights, with 22 wins and six losses.
