Palmer, Foden, and Watkins Excluded from England Squad for Upcoming Nations League Matches

Three players have been excluded from the England squad for the upcoming UEFA Nations League matches.

According to the national team's press office, Manchester City's forward Phil Foden, Chelsea's attacking midfielder Cole Palmer, and Aston Villa's forward Ollie Watkins will not be able to participate in the upcoming games. Palmer and Watkins are out due to injuries, while Foden is sidelined by illness.

The coaching staff currently does not plan to call up any replacements for these players.

During the upcoming international break, England will play two matches in Group B2 of the Nations League. Lee Carsley's side will face Ireland away on September 7th and will host Finland on September 10th. Greece is also a participant in this Nations League group.
