Peti: «Does Chelsea still have a free number for Sancho?»

Former Arsenal player Emmanuel Petit has commented on Jadon Sancho's transfer to Chelsea.

«When I saw that they signed Jadon Sancho on the final day of the transfer window, I wondered if there were any free jersey numbers available for him.

Just imagine, he opens the door to the dressing room and sees so many players—there’s just not enough room for them all! At the training facility, they must have two dressing rooms, three pitches, and 12 physiotherapists,» Petit remarked, as reported by ESPN.

Sancho joined Chelsea from Manchester United on August 31. The agreement between the club and the player is set to last until the 2024/25 season, with an obligation to buy.
