Pulisic: «I believe Pochettino will bring a winning mentality to the United States national team»

United States national team striker Christian Pulisic has spoken out about Mauricio Pochettino's appointment to the national team.

«Obviously it's big news. Mauricio Pochettino is a coach with a lot of experience and hopefully he will make a difference. I hope he will bring a new mentality to the team, a winning mentality, a culture that will allow many players to become stronger,» Pulisic is quoted as saying by L'Equipe.

On September 11, 52-year-old Pochettino took charge of the US national team. The specialist will prepare the national team for the home World Cup-2026.
