Rune faints during Cincinnati Masters match

Danish tennis player Holger Rune fainted during his match against Portugal's Nuno Borges in the second round of the Cincinnati Masters tournament.

According to Punto de Break, the 21-year-old Dane suffered from heatstroke. Rune began to feel unwell at the start of the second set and subsequently lost consciousness. Medical assistance was required to help him recover.

Remarkably, despite his condition, Rune managed to complete the match and emerged victorious with a score of 6-3, 7-6 (10-8). In the third round, he is set to face the winner of the match between Gael Monfils of France and Carlos Alcaraz of Spain.
