Verstappen's Father Criticises Red Bull: "A Huge Disappointment"

Jos Verstappen, the father of Red Bull's Dutch driver Max Verstappen, has criticised the team following his son's disappointing performance at the Dutch Grand Prix.

"A gap of over twenty seconds is a huge disappointment, but it's hardly surprising when the team is using a previous version of the car. This result indicates that Red Bull has made several wrong decisions. They need to face the reality and stop sugarcoating everything. It's time—if it's not already too late—to start asking some tough questions. Valuable specialists are leaving the team. I really don't like what's happening because Max is unhappy with his car. Horner needs to get the team back on the right track. I'll be surprised if he succeeds because a lot needs to change, and the team atmosphere has to be completely overhauled," Verstappen Sr. told RacingNews365.

The Dutch Grand Prix was won by McLaren's Lando Norris, with Verstappen finishing second, trailing by 22.896 seconds.
