White responded to Mokayev's remarks about being willing to fight in the UFC for free

UFC President Dana White has responded to comments from undefeated British fighter Muhammad Mokayev, who was recently released from the promotion.

«People will say anything. Any nonsense. But no one is going to fight for free. The UFC provides an opportunity to showcase talent to the entire world. Mokayev did everything wrong, which is why everyone has genuinely grown tired of him. I don’t know all the details, but they were very dissatisfied with him. That much I know», White said at a press conference.

Dana White announced that the promotion would not be signing a new contract with Muhammad Mokayev following UFC 304, which took place in Manchester on the night of July 28. During this event, Mokayev secured a unanimous decision victory over Portuguese fighter Manuel Kape.

Throughout his MMA career, Mokayev has won 13 bouts and has one fight that ended without a result.
