Visually, Helloween is well crafted: a dark grid, detailed symbols, and the signature pumpkin wild. However, the developers for some reason added concert footage — it appears both in the intro and when entering the bonus. It looks somewhat… rough, and it breaks the overall visual style.

The soundtrack is driven by Keeper of the Seven Keys — the iconic track from the band, which plays in the background and carries the atmosphere. Every spin lands against a powerful backdrop, and the bonuses are further emphasised with heavier guitar accents.

Special Symbols
- Scatter (sphere with keys): appears on reels 1, 3 and 5. With three symbols, it triggers the Keeper of the Seven Keys wheel. During the Helloween Free Spins mode, scatters can be collected again for a retrigger.
- Wild (pumpkin): in the base game, it substitutes for regular symbols and pays x20 for 5 of a kind. In bonus modes, the wild changes behaviour and pays x30 for 5 symbols.
- Helloween Multiplier: after a bonus mode ends, a random multiplier of x2, x3, x5 or x10 may be added to the win.
Bonus Game
To understand how to play Helloween, remember that three scatters on reels 1, 3 and 5 trigger the Keeper of the Seven Keys wheel. It selects one of seven modes: six “song” modes award 5 free spins, and Helloween Free Spins awards 7.
- I’m Alive: wilds stick in place and expand one position up and down each spin.
- Future World: any wild that lands expands to cover the entire reel.
- Eagle Fly Free: one extra wild appears on the grid in every spin and changes position in subsequent spins.
- Dr Stein: one of the card symbols (9–A) is selected at random, and all its instances turn into wilds.

Our Verdict
In the base game, the slot feels weak: wins are rare, and the balance drops visibly. Everything hinges on the bonuses — we landed March of Time and Future World, both of which returned a bit of money, but the promised multiplier didn’t trigger even once.
