However, they face a significant challenge: a heavy reliance on Nikola Jokić, who averages 30.6 points and 13.2 rebounds per game — third in the league. The Serbian remains a central figure in their offence but can be effectively neutralised with aggressive perimeter defence and tight play against big men. In his last two games, Nikola has scored fewer than 20 points. Aaron Gordon's return certainly strengthens the lineup, but he's not yet in peak form. It is worth noting that in their last five encounters with the Rockets, the Nuggets scored over 106 points only once.
Houston Rockets
The Rockets have made tremendous strides in game organisation and show no signs of slowing down, boasting four consecutive wins. They maintain a strong position among the Western Conference leaders and impress with their defensive organisation.
