Crystal Palace suffer third consecutive defeat to Nottingham in Premier League
Nottingham Forest secured a 1-0 victory over London side Crystal Palace in the eighth round of the English Premier League. The match took place at the City Ground in Nottingham.
The only goal of the game was scored by forward Chris Wood in the 65th minute.
This loss marks the third consecutive defeat for Crystal Palace. Oliver Glasner's side previously fell to Liverpool (0-1) and Everton (1-2).
With this win, Nottingham Forest climbed to eighth place in the Premier League standings with 13 points. Crystal Palace, meanwhile, is in 18th place with three points.
In the next round, the Forest team will face Leicester City away on 25 October. The London side is set to host Tottenham on 27 October.
