Haaland on Ball Thrown at Gabriel's Head: "I don’t regret much in life"

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has stated he has no regrets about throwing a ball at Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhães' head.

To recap, the City forward threw the ball at the back of the Brazilian Gunners player following John Stones' crucial late goal in the Premier League's fifth-round match, which ended in a 2-2 draw. The 24-year-old Norwegian faced no consequences for this action, either during the game or after.

"I don’t regret much in life... In the heat of the moment things happened in that game. What happens on the pitch, stays on the pitch. That’s how it is," journalist Joe Bray quotes Haaland as saying.

Erling Haaland has been playing for Manchester City since 2022. In the current season, the striker has scored 11 goals in ten matches for the Cityzens.

Pep Guardiola's team sits in second place in the Premier League table, having accumulated 17 points. Arsenal, with the same 17 points, is in third place.
