Simon Dalton presents his prediction for the English Premier League match.
Nottingham Forest have not drawn a single Premier League game in their last 12 attempts, and it is surely time for this long run to end. Despite their current winning streak, which is now five matches in the league, we believe Nottingham Forest will falter in their upcoming encounter with one of the underdogs.
Wolverhampton
Wolverhampton have successfully changed their head coach, at least for now. The team overcame Leicester City at their ground, and then at home they saw off Manchester United. A draw away to Tottenham Hotspur is also a positive sign. These results will clearly give Wolverhampton confidence, having already climbed out of the relegation zone, and if they continue in this manner, they will soon be approaching the middle of the league table.
Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest have incredible efficiency when it comes to converting their chances. They concede possession to their opponents and prefer to play on the counter-attack. The club have the 20th best ball possession in the Premier League (39.58%), even less than Everton (39.72%).
Wolverhampton vs Nottingham Forest Prediction
It seems as if Nottingham Forest will catch their opponent out again and score, but Wolverhampton have a good attack, and will also convert at least one of their attacks. Interestingly, all four previous head-to-head meetings in the Premier League have ended in a draw with both teams scoring, plus there was a draw in the League Cup.
