There’s not a hint of romance in Kenneth Must Die — what we see is a caricature of a “dollhouse”, where every corner hides a BDSM attribute: costumes, straps, 18+ “toys” and masks. Visually, it’s a bright parody of the glossy Barbie & Ken world, only flipped into a harsh fetish format. The symbols are drawn as grotesquely as possible: a smirking Kenneth, his latex “wives”, and a whole army of child-dolls that look more unsettling than cute.

In Kenneth Must Die the music changes faster than you can notice. In the base game, you hear a disco track, but as soon as characters drive past in their cars, their own melodies kick in: from heavy deathcore to synthetic electronic riffs. In bonus spins, the disco shifts into another track, closer to “gachi”-style remixes. Special Symbols
- Wild — substitutes for all symbols except Gimp, Gimpier and xHole. It has no separate value in the paytable, but it actively participates in combinations and appears frequently in transformations.
- Gimp — the base special symbol. If exactly two such symbols land on the grid, each one transforms into one of the special symbols (xWays, xNudge, Wild, Kinky Kenneth, Kinky Wife, or standard Kenneth/Wife). After a cascade, the Gimp respawns in the same position, keeping the chance for new transformations. If 3 Gimps land in the base game, Beefy Spins are triggered.
- Gimpier — appears only on the 5th reel. When it lands, it transforms into Kinky Kenneth, Kinky Wife, or a Wild. It also respawns after a cascade. In the bonus game, it plays a key role: this is where upgrades and retriggers come from. Together with 3 Gimps, it triggers Beefier Spins, and if xHole activates in the same collapse, the top-tier Beefiest Spins begin.
- Big Balls multipliers — the bottom row of five positions, where symbols “roll in” at the start of each spin. The first cell gives x1, the second x2, and so on up to x5. Symbols in this row “split” according to the size of the multiplier. Their involvement is what makes cascades possible: if a win does not touch the bottom row, the chain does not continue. After each cascade, new symbols on that reel receive a multiplier that is +1 higher than the highest one already present on that reel.
- xWays — appears exclusively in the bottom row. Expands into 2–4 identical symbols. If several xWays land, all of them reveal the same symbol and the same size. Each revealed position inherits the Big Balls multiplier.
- xNudge Wild — a nudging wild that expands to the full height of the reel and gives +1 multiplier for each step upwards. If it passes through a regular wild, it adds another +1. If more than one xNudge Wild appears, their multipliers are added together. In bonus modes, it can become sticky.
- xHole — a special symbol that appears in the central cell. It sucks in symbols from the main reels and releases them as split packets of 2–8 elements. After that, it turns into a wild. In Beefiest Spins, it appears and activates in every spin.
- Kinky Hookup (Kenneth + Wife pair) — not a separate symbol but a combination: if both appear at the same time, the symbols on the shortest path between them turn into Kenneth / Wife / Wilds, forming an additional payout.
