CAS Reduces Pogba's Ban from 4 Years to 18 Months

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba will be eligible to return to the field in 2025 after successfully appealing his four-year ban.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) reduced Pogba's suspension to 18 months and cancelled the initial fine, as reported by Sami Mokbel of the Daily Mail on social media.

Pogba will be allowed to resume training with Juventus in January, with a chance to play competitively as early as March.

The midfielder had tested positive for a banned substance in August 2023, and in February, an anti-doping tribunal upheld the four-year suspension. Pogba subsequently appealed the ruling, resulting in the reduced ban.
