We tried to reach out to the live chat team to gauge what level of support you can expect from the employees at DraftKings. We were put through to a bot who tried its best to answer our questions; we were sent links to pages that were related to our enquiries, but these did not answer them fully. When opting to get in touch with a person, we were asked to leave a message, which would be responded to via email. An email did arrive a while later, with a vague but friendly reply to our query.
