Special Symbols
- Wild (bright “WILD” sign on a burnt background): substitutes for all regular symbols and helps complete winning lines. Pays x10 the bet when five land on a payline..
- VS (bold yellow “VS” letters on a cracked badge): Appears one per reel. If it becomes part of a win after expanding, it turns into a DuelReel. A duel starts between the Sheriff and the Outlaw — one wins, the other disappears. The winner’s multiplier (x2–x200) applies to the entire reel, which then acts as a wild. All DuelReel multipliers in a single win are added together.
- Outlaw (cowboy in a hat on a red background marked “OUTLAW”): Expands to cover the reel and shows a revolver with 1–6 bullets, shooting that many wilds onto the grid. If part of a win, the Outlaw also adds its own multiplier (x2–x200). Multiple Outlaw reels in one win combine their multipliers. They can’t shoot at the same spot or share a reel.
- Scatter (coin marked “FS”): Triggers bonus rounds. 3 FS symbols start Wild Wild West, while 4 FS symbols unlock Dusk ’Til Dawn. Scatters don’t appear during Deadly Duels Featurespins, or Lone Outlaw Featurespins modes

Bonus Game
Duel at Dawn features two bonus rounds, both triggered by scatters in the base game — but they play out very differently.
Wild Wild West

Our Verdict
At first, Duel at Dawn felt punishing. The first hundred spins delivered almost nothing — a single bonus round and a trail of x0.10–x0.30 wins that barely moved the balance. But then, around spin 120, everything flipped: another bonus dropped with VS, Outlaw, wilds, and multipliers all firing at once. That one hit reached x490, and suddenly the slot came alive.
After that, the pace eased up — VS and Outlaw symbols started showing more often, though not on every spin, obviously. The balance still drifted downward, saved only by one strong bonus that pulled the session back into profit. It’s a temperamental slot — slow to heat up, demanding patience and a steady bankroll. But once it hits the rhythm, it pays in style.
