Cons:
I have been using Ak Bets for 1 week now. I have made a total of £396 in deposits no issue at all with depositing, last night I tried to make my first withdrawal I had a balance of £480 and and requested to withdraw £250, it kept bouncing back to my account so after speaking to customer service they assured me thay they could just use my IBAN and they can process withdrawls which I provided then all of a sudden my accounts closed and they have went silent not responding to emails. Thieves

After this I read a lot of reviews from other people with the same issue. It’s unacceptable!I guess it’s a good business model to take peoples’ money and not pay them back.Either the win or their OWN MONEY BACK!Scammers!!

Not the best site here but worth doing for the simple welcome bonus. Was annoyed there small a 25p deposit fee and that when withdrawing could only withdraw round amounts! also was a £1 withdrawal fee which it didnt mention. Had to contact live chat to get them to add the bonus. They were quick and did it instantly. odds were ok. Only other slightly annoying feature is there is a spinning casino chip everytime you click on a new link on the page which then spins. felt like i was still using dial up internet. overall worth doing for the welcome bonus but wont be a regular player here

The age verification was automatic and the customer service are quick to sort any problems out. Live chat took 3 minutes from start to finish to help me.
