GGBet (ggbet.co.uk) was the UK-facing brand of Rednines Gaming Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (registration number 11622562) holding UKGC account number 56377. Rednines Gaming Ltd held two UK Gambling Commission remote licences — a Casino Remote licence and a General Betting Standard (Real Event) Remote licence — from April 2020. Rednines Gaming Ltd (Companies House registration 11622562, registered office Office 9.17, 21b Capital Tower, 91 Waterloo Road, London SE1 8RT) held UKGC remote licences from April 2020. The company initially operated in the UK market under the Dr.Bet brand.

Rednines Gaming Ltd announced a planned closure of its UK platform in December 2025. From 12 December 2025 the platform stopped accepting new registrations, deposits and bets on slots, live casino games and sports events. Both UKGC licences were surrendered on 13 December 2025.

Existing customers retained access to log in and withdraw remaining balances until 9 January 2026, with refunds processed via the original payment method where possible. Unsettled bets on events scheduled after the closure date were voided and stakes returned to account balances; bets on events prior to the closure date were settled as normal.
