BetStorm does not have a live streaming feature; however, there is a virtual overview of matches on almost every market. Odds are also updated as close to live as you can get, so you’ll still get an edge-of-your-seat experience.

Unfortunately, BetStorm does not have an app, but its site is formatted in such a way that it can be used on mobile devices. This means that customers can still bet using a variety of devices, both at home and on the go.

Registration with BetStorm is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes of your time. Follow these steps to get set up:

1. In the top right corner of the screen, in bright green, click the “Join Now” button. This will bring up the initial registration window, which will ask for an email address, a password, and a phone number. Click “Submit” when you’re ready to move to the next step.

2. Next, you’ll be asked to enter some personal details, including your name, gender, date of birth, address, occupation, and currency. Scrolling down, you’ll be able to select your marketing preferences and confirm that you’re over 18. Click “Submit” when you’re ready to continue.

3. You’ll then be asked to activate your account. This must be done within 7 days of opening your profile. A text and an email will be sent to you containing a code, which you must enter, thus activating the account. Depositing at BetStorm couldn’t be simpler:

BetStorm’s withdrawal process is easy and can be done in just a few steps:

1. Click on the “Cashier” button at the top of the page. This will open the pop-up showing which withdrawal methods are available to you. Select which one you’d like to withdraw through and type in the details requested. Click “Withdrawal” when you’re ready to continue.

2. After entering your details, you’ll need to confirm that you understand that the request cannot be reversed. Once you pass this point, you’ll be taken to a confirmation pop-up telling you that your withdrawal request was successful and has been passed to the payments team.

Speaking with BetStorm’s chat service, we were first taken through some pre-populated questions. We were advised that our query had been forwarded to an agent, and so we waited for a reply.
