Live streaming

Parimatch have some TV coverage of sports that you can watch, and from within the in-play section there is a handy tab named “Streams” to show what can be watched live as we speak and a button at the bottom of the list that you can click to view upcoming live streamed events.

Not all events have live video streaming available, but customers simply need to be logged in to watch for free, those that do. In-play events that do not have a live video stream available instead have a display of graphics which change regularly to show key points in play, allowing viewers to follow the action on screen, alongside the changing betting odds for in-play markets.

Registering at Parimatch is simple and straightforward. To begin, click on the green “sign up” button located in the top right hand corner of the homepage. There are a total of three screens to go through but each step is clear and easy to follow, so it should not take more than a few minutes from start to finish.

1. The first page asks you to provide your gender, name, date of birth and mobile phone number. Click the green arrow to continue on to the next step.


2. The second page asks for your address details. Simply select your country then begin typing your address or postcode in the box below, then select your exact address from the list provided, once it appears. If that does not work,you can choose to enter your address manually. As before, click the green arrow to continue to the final stage of the account registration process.


3. On the final step you will need to provide your email address and create a password. Your password must contain at least eight characters, consisting of lowercase and uppercase letters and at least one number. Once you have done that, you can choose to opt in or out of marketing communications. Remember to click the box to accept the Terms and Conditions, then click the green “Create Account” button to complete your account registration.

When it comes to depositing at Parimatch, this is also straightforward. The first thing to do is log into your account, and from there click on the green deposit button in the top right of the screen.

1. Parimatch only accepts Debit Card payments from UK accounts, so all you need to do is enter your card details just as you would for any other online payment. Next, enter the amount you wish to deposit, then scroll down to tick the box to confirm that the card you are using belongs to you. Click the green “Deposit” button to confirm your deposit. 

Placing a bet at Parimatch is straightforward to do, and no matter what it is that you want to bet on, the steps which you follow will always generally be much the same.

1. Firstly navigate to the sport that you will be betting on. You can do so by clicking on the Sport A-Z menu on the left hand side of the sportsbook screen, then browsing down the list of sports. The list is in alphabetical order, to make it easy for you to find the sport you would like to bet on. 


2. In this example we have clicked on “Football”, inside this section you will see the in-play and featured markets for the sport, with a menu at the top with an option to select your competition of choice, e.g. Premier League, FA Cup. You will then see a list of the available upcoming football matches.


3. We have selected to bet on the Premier League and chosen the match Manchester City vs Everton. At the top there are team stats and information, below which there is a menu going across the screen with options to select different categories of betting markets, or the Bet Builder feature. Scroll down to see the most popular betting markets available. Anytime you see a bet you want to place, you can do this by clicking on the odds available.


4. Once you have clicked on the odds a new betslip will open on the right of the screen confirming your bet selection. Here you simply enter your stake in the box and the estimated returns will be automatically calculated for you to see below that. If you are happy with everything, click the green button to confirm your bet. (If not, you can just click the cross to the left of the selection on your betslip and it will be removed, so that you can choose something else).


5. This will lead to a confirmation message that the bet has been successful. If you do not get this message then there is a good chance your bet was not placed, check in the account area and consider contacting the customer support for further assistance.

In order to withdraw from any bookmaker you must be logged in and have a withdrawable balance. As a rule that is a balance not under any bonus constraints and that has been wagered at least once since being deposited. You will then need to, in the first instance, withdraw back to the payment method which you used to deposit with.

So at Parimatch what you need to do is:

1. At the top of the screen you will see an account menu icon. Clicking on this will cause a menu to appear and on this window of account options you will see an icon named “Withdraw”. Click on this.

   

   

2. You will be taken to a screen showing the available withdrawal methods. Selec the one that you want to use. Note that the original deposit amount MUST go back to how you deposited As Parimatch only accept debit card deposits, this will be a debit card withdrawal.

3. As with your deposit, you will need to enter your card details and the amount you wish to withdraw, then click “Withdraw” to confirm your withdrawal. Parimatch do not charge any fees for withdrawals.

4. After clicking on “Withdraw” you should be shown a confirmation message that everything has gone OK, and you now simply wait for your money to arrive in your account. Parimatch suggest that this should happen within 2-3 business days.

When we opened the live chat we first encountered a chatbot, but were immediately told that we would be connected to a live agent upon typing our question. The customer service agent took almost 15 minutes to connect and begin the conversation, but once they had, our query was solved within a few minutes.

The Parimatch live casino requires users to have a verified account before they can open any casino games.
