Live Betting

If you go to the sports section, what you’ll automatically see are the live betting options. You can also go to the live overview, as captured in the image here. Some of the sports covered include basketball, tennis, cricket, and many more.

Live Streaming

There is no live streaming available at Bet Dukes. Currently, the closest thing to live streaming that they have is the game timeline which will give you a summary of what has happened in the match so far. However, this isn’t available for all sports.

Right now, Bet Dukes doesn’t have a mobile app for any smartphone operating system. Fortunately, it has a mobile browser version that is optimised for betting on a smaller screen.

From start to finish, the registration process with Bet Dukes should take less than five minutes. Once you’re on the official site, you’re ready to begin sign-up. Here’s how you do it with just three screens.

1. From the home page or practically any other page on the website, click the green “Join Now” button. You’ll find this on the upper right-hand corner of the screen, just beside “Login.” This will take you to the start of the process.

2. On the second screen, a popup window will appear with the text “Welcome to Bet Dukes.” Fill out the form by providing your email address, chosen password, and phone number. After this, you can click “Submit” to move on to the final step.

3. For the third and final screen, you’ll fill out text boxes and dropdown menu options. Particularly, you need to provide your first name, last name, gender, date of birth, address, and occupation. If you have a promo code, type it in the appropriate text box as well. The currency is automatically set to GBP, so you can just tick the checkbox that begins with “I am 18 years of age or older”. Click “Submit” to have your Bet Dukes account created.

Depositing money onto your Bet Dukes account is very straightforward. You can start to fund your account by following the instructions below:

1. Once you’re logged into your account, you’ll be taken to the home page. Select “Cashier” on the navigation bar, just beside the orange “Sports” button. By doing so, you’ll be able to access the deposit page, where you can move forward with the process.

2. Clicking “Cashier” will create a popup window that shows the subcategories under this option. One of these subcategories is “Deposit”, which is what you see by default. At this point, you’ll see all the deposit options. Here, you have Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, Pay via Phone, Astropay, paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, and ecoPayz. Select one of these methods.

3. For this demonstration, let’s go with Visa and Mastercard. As you’ll see these options on the right when you open the deposit page, you don’t have to click anything, but for other methods, you’ll need to click them. Here, just provide your desired deposit amount and card details (card number, CVV, and expiration date). Enter your deposit code here if you have one. Once you’ve filled out everything, click “Deposit.”

The sports page is on the homepage of Bet Dukes. If you’re on any other page, just click “Sports” at the navigation bar to begin. From there, proceed with the following steps:

1. If your zoom option is at default, the search filter tab will be collapsed on the left side. To open this up, click the icon that we marked with a red box on the image. The alternative would be to zoom out of the screen until it expands on its own.

2. Once you expand the tab, you’ll see that you’re automatically in the live section. If you want to bet on a future match, click the “Pre-Match” tab. At the top, you’ll see popular competitions, but if you scroll down, you’ll see the various sports available. You can use that to narrow down your search to the competition level.

3. Choose one match by clicking on it. In this case, we selected Manchester City vs Bayern Munich. In the middle panel, you’ll see all the betting markets available for that game. Scroll down to see the entire list and select a wager you’re interested in. Here, we chose Double Chance X2 so that it appeared on the betslip at the far right of the window. Put your wager on the text box that says “Stake…” then click “Place Bets!”

The first step in performing a withdrawal at Bet Dukes is the same as making a deposit. You click on “Cashier” on the navigation tab of the page. Once you do that, you’ll proceed with these two-step instructions:

1. What appears will be the deposit page, but because you’re trying to make a withdrawal, select “Withdraw” from the categories on the left side of the popup window. This will take you to the page where you’ll be able to review your withdrawal options.

2. Here, you’ll see that you only have a couple of options: Visa and Mastercard, and ecoPayz. For this example, we selected the latter. By typing on the relevant text boxes, declare how much you want to deposit and specify your ecoPayz account ID. Finish the process by clicking the orange “Withdrawal” button.

There may be method-specific instructions that apply to your top-up. You may be taken to a secure page to verify your credentials or to confirm the transaction.

Overall, the experience with dealing with their live chat has been subpar. When you click the chat box on the bottom right of the screen, you’ll get two options: search for help and send a message. However, they’d connect you to a chatbot instead of a real person, which can be frustrating if you know your query is very specific to your situation. You also won’t be able to reach a live agent unless you create and verify your account, which can deter sign-ups.

Found by clicking the orange “Casino” button on the navigation bar, Bet Dukes’s casino makes the games the main feature of the page. After the above-the-fold copy, you’ll immediately see some of the titles that you can try out. But to make it easier to find a suitable game, you can use these categories: New, Featured, Slots, Casino, Live, Jackpots, Casual, All, and Favourites. You can also search by the provider or just type through the search bar.

Live Casino

You can play with live croupiers and live dealers who will interact with you in real time by clicking “Live” among the categories present on the casino page.
