Betting at Bet365 is fairly intuitive, once you have taken some time to click around the website to understand how it is organised and the language used. In this step by step guide, we demonstrate how to place a bet at Bet365. 

1. Log in to your Bet365 account.
2. If your chosen bet is not immediately obvious from the homepage, scroll down the alphabetical list of sports on the left hand side. Football is listed as Soccer.
3. Click on your chosen sport to view the page for that sport. You will need to scroll down past the featured bets, Bet Boosts and promotions, to view the various competitions available to wager on.

4. In this example, we want to bet on the Champions League, so we will click on the link to take us to the page of Champions League events to bet on. At Bet365, this is listed as the ‘England Championship’.

5. We can then view the football matches available to bet on. Here, the outright markets are shown. If you click on the number to the right of the outright odds (shown here as 75 for the Rotherham vs Blackburn match, for example) you will be able to view all of the possible bet selections related to that particular match.

6. We want to bet on Preston vs Norwich, so we need to scroll down to view the odds for that match. 

7. Next, select the odds for the team that you want to win. In this example, we have selected Preston.

8.  The chosen selection will appear in the betslip, which pops up at the bottom of the page.

9. Next, enter your chosen stake in the ‘Set Stake’ field. The betslip will change to show your potential returns.

10. Finally, check the details on the betslip are correct, then click ‘Place Bet’ to confirm your wager. 

Withdrawing funds at Bet365 is not completely obvious at first glance. In this step by step guide, we demonstrate how to complete a withdrawal.

1. Log in to your Bet365 account.

2. Access your account by clicking on the circular symbol of a person in the top right hand corner of the homepage.

3.  This will open a new menu. Click on the bank icon, which is displayed as a picture of a wallet.
4.  The following page will show your balances. Click the ‘withdraw’ button on this page.
5.  From here, you can select your chosen withdrawal method.

Bet365 have 24/7 Live Chat Support, although it is not immediately obvious how to access this. There is a comprehensive help section on the Bet365 website, which can be accessed by clicking on the help button in the top right hand corner of the homepage. Once one of the articles within the help menu has been opened, it then gives customers the option to contact Bet365 Customer Support, if the article has not resolved the customers’ query.

Our reviewer found the Customer Services Live Chat to be fairly efficient, although it did take some persistence and typing of, ‘please can I speak to a real person?’ twice, before the equally persistent virtual assistant conceded that they could not, in fact, resolve the query with their auto-responses. Once this concession had been made, it took less than five minutes to be connected to a human operator and have the query resolved.  

Bet365 has a casino section on its website, which can be accessed via the ‘casino’ tab at the top of the main Bet365 homepage. As well as the regular casino favourites such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat, there are hundreds of other slots games available, including some exciting titles in the Age of the Gods series of slots.
