Jem Racing Review

Jem Racing (onlinebetjem.com) was a brand operated by Jem Racing Limited (UKGC account number 1325). On the UKGC public register, the operator's licence 001325-N-101149-011 is listed as Surrendered (recorded end 7 February 2024), and the onlinebetjem.com domain is listed with the status Inactive. In practical terms, onlinebetjem.com is not currently offered as a UKGC-licensed property to players in Great Britain. legalbet.uk does not endorse Jem Racing and provides no access, registration, deposit or withdrawal instructions on this page. UK players should confirm any operator's current licence and domain status directly on the UKGC public register before depositing funds.

The information in this table reflects the entries shown on the UKGC public register at the time of the last check. Statuses can change. Verify the current position at gamblingcommission.gov.uk before drawing any conclusion.

On the UKGC public register, a licence status of Surrendered indicates that the operator has given up that licence, so it is no longer in force. A domain status of Inactive indicates the domain is recorded against the licensee but is not currently shown as in active use under a UKGC licence.

These entries are operator-specific and can change. They do not by themselves describe how an underlying website may operate outside Great Britain or under other regulators. Players in Great Britain should treat a Surrendered licence or an Inactive UK status as a clear signal not to open an account expecting UKGC-level protections.

When a domain or brand is not currently offered as a UKGC-licensed property to Great Britain players, the standard UKGC consumer protections that apply to active UK-facing licensed sites cannot be assumed. These protections include:

• Player funds held under UKGC segregation rules
• Access to IBAS for independent dispute resolution
• Responsible gambling tools required by UKGC (deposit limits, reality checks)
• GamStop integration — the UK-wide self-exclusion scheme
• ASA / BCAP advertising standards compliance
• Affordability and KYC checks applicable to UK-facing UKGC licensees
