4. On the final page, you can choose your marketing preferences and read the terms and conditions of creating a BetMGM account. Check off both tick boxes and hit the Finish icon.

When your registration is complete, you will be prompted to make a deposit into your account to qualify for the BetMGM welcome bonus. We’ll talk about the terms and conditions of this new customer offer and how you can claim it a little later. Firstly, we’ll show you how you can make a general deposit and the payment methods available. Follow the step by step guide below to make a BetMGM deposit.

1. Hit the Cashier button found in the top right of your screen. You will then be presented with a list of available deposit methods. Choose which method you wish to use by clicking on the relevant icon.

Let’s now take you through the steps you need to take in order to place a bet after you’ve logged in to your BetMGM account.

1. To see the list of available sports markets, click on the Sports icon found on the top left of your screen.

2. Next, choose the sport you wish to bet on. For our example, we’ve decided to place a bet on basketball.

3. As you can see from the above screenshot, there are a range of basketball leagues and competitions you can bet on at BetMGM. We’ve decided to bet on the most popular league, the NBA, and the game between Memphis Grizzlies and San Antonio Spurs.

4. Each game has a wide array of markets available. We’ve gone for the Handicap market and wish to bet on Grizzlies -12. To add this to our BetMGM bet slip, we simply click on the odds. Our bet slip appears automatically in the bottom right of our screen where we can enter a stake. Once satisfied with our choice, we’ll hit the Place Bet icon.

To make a BetMGM withdrawal, you will need to log in and have a withdrawable balance in your betting account. Typically, you will need to withdraw using the same method as you made a BetMGM deposit. If, for whatever reason, this isn’t possible, contact the BetMGM customer service team. 

At BetMGM, there is a minimum withdrawal amount of £10 for each method. If your betting account has less than this amount, you’ll be unable to make a withdrawal. You can see how much you have in your account in the icon found on the top right of your screen.

We opened the Live Chat feature, accessible via the icon on the bottom right of the screen when you log in to your BetMGM account. You’re not automatically connected to another human straight away, instead you’ll receive a few different notifications about Free bets and other promotions. You do, though, see your position in the queue, we were in sixth position when we first connected. It only took around 4 minutes for us to be connected to somebody, which is pretty reasonable compared to other bookmakers’ live chat response times. The customer service representative was friendly and dealt with our query quickly and efficiently.
